Grounded Technologies & Controls didn’t begin with a business plan.
It began in the dirt, under open skies, with a man named Niles Taylor a Veteran, a Native son of West Texas, and a hands-on leader with 14 years of field-tested experience in the oil & gas industry. From electrical systems to mechanical installs, from project planning to emergency response Niles walked the field before he ever signed a contract. What he saw? An industry that needed more than labor it needed integrity, precision, and people who actually care.
